SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Physical Inspection Technician position is a part of the manufacturing team. Operators will need to learn the basics of print reading and GD&T. He/she is responsible for running CMM machines, in addition to inspecting parts with manual inspection tools and adhering to all work instructions. Previous experience with CNC Machining in a manufacturing work environment is not required.
SHIFT
Day Shift – 8AM – 4:30PM
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Physical Inspection Technician reports directly to the area Supervisor.

Run CMM Machines
Operates multiple machines simultaneously.
Monitors the process and outputs to ensure part quality.
Completes work orders, inspection documentation, and daily preventative maintenance sheets.
Promote health and safety of self and co-workers.
Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Management Systems (QMS).
