The Customer Service and Research (CSR) team at KarmaCheck is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated Credentialing Liaison to serve as a critical link between KarmaCheck and our valued client based out of Sunrise, Florida. This is an ideal role for someone proactive, has at least one year of experience in healthcare credentialing, and possesses outstanding customer service skills. The chosen candidate will play a key role in providing daily updates, ensuring effective communication, and speeding up the delivery of clinical results, all while guaranteeing smooth operations and high levels of client satisfaction.
We're looking for a candidate with a background in medical compliance and the background check industry, ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of a rapidly growing company. This role demands flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities, strict adherence to intricate rules and policies, and a commitment to satisfying customer needs without compromise.
Please note that this full-time, in-person position requires 40 hours per week at our client's headquarters in Sunrise, Florida. Applicants must be willing to work evening and/or weekend hours if needed, especially in situations requiring urgent attention to customer issues.
\nWhat You'll Be Doing
Interview Process:
1. Initial Screening: 30-minute call with a recruiter.
2. Panel Interview: 30-minute session focusing on culture and team fit with the CSR team.
3. Manager Interview: 30-minute discussion with the CSR Senior Manager.
4. Client Interview: Final 1-hour interview with our client.
All interviews are carried out over Zoom with the expectation that the video will remain on throughout the process.
