Summary

Essential Functions of the Job

Able to perform any required job duties within both the processing and retail departments daily.

As needed, welcome donors and customers in a timely manner in a way that they feel confident that KARM Stores appreciates them and understands their value.

Maintain a positive and energetic attitude that contributes to the mission of revealing Christ to others, including donors and other team members, to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.

Ability to produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment.

Assist store staff, in stocking store shelves and clothing racks, in order to provide customers with maximum shopping opportunities.

Travel with the Operations Support Team from store to store within the specified zone.

Compensation details : 15-15 Yearly Salary
