Leadership positions at meditation retreat center

Karmê Chöling is hiring for three leadership positions at our meditation retreat center. Our core staff form the heart of a community inspired to work and live in a setting that encourages mindfulness and compassion in the Northeast Kingdom.

• Director of Guest Services
• Director of Human Resources
• Director of Finance

In addition to room and board and a monthly stipend, staff receive support for their meditation practice and ample time off.

While core staff are encouraged to live at Karmê Chöling, commuting is an option for most positions.
