What You Will Do:

Support our HR and Accounting department ensuring smooth operations. Assist in administrating and maintaining all human resource record-keeping systems, processing benefits including providing benefit information, processing payroll in ADP and payroll-related activities including time and attendance. Assist with employment related trainings, FMLA and Worker Compensation tracking and working with 3rd party benefit brokers and providers. Provides assistance and guidance to employees on the use of the HR and payroll systems, and in completing employment related transactions. Ensuring office supplies are kept well stocked as well as providing any support needed from accounting staff.

• Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally
• Team oriented
• Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities
• Have a clean and valid driver’s license
• Have prior experience in Human Resources
