Join our Parts Authority Team today as a Warehouse Associate - Returns. Responsibilities : The Returns Associate is responsible for the intake of returns from drivers and opens all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company.

We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

Open all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company

• Separate returns into core, defect and new
• Put account number stickers on cores and defects
• Redistribute new merchandise to other stores
• Enter each returned item into the computer system
• Help inside returns team create negative purchase orders
• Work with salesmen and managers if there are problems with customers returning items
• Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Time management skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors
• Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time.
