**Key Elements of the Job include, but are not limited to:**

* Greets and checks in residents and guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using their name. Arranges for luggage to be delivered to guest residence. Issues correct keys to the guest.

* Checks out residents at end of stay. Ascertains their satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges and presents and settles bill.

* Handles all residents interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves apartment guests and condominium residents complaints; assists apartment guests and condominium residents in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all apartment guest and condominium residents requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person, by phone, email and chat.

* Complies with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

* Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

* Accepts reservations, changes and cancellations Can answer guest calls and direct them appropriately.

* Registers all visitors, vendors, contractors and service employees.

* The ability to utilize a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.

* The ability to work on Holidays, Weekends, and/or Evenings.
