Holgate Center is Hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Near Portland, OR
Our census is growing fast and we need to hire CNAs for all shifts.
We go out of our way to ensure we meet our ratio guidelines
Daytime: 7 patients/residents per CNA
Evening: 9.5 patients/residents per CNA
Noc: 13-17 patients/residents per CNA
PAY RATE
Newly Licensed-5 years $21-25.42
6 years $25.97-$30.13
Cap of Pay grid $35.53/hr
$1.50 differential pay for Friday Eve Shift through Sunday Noc
Our pay scale is based on the number of years licensed. Nursing Assistants not yet licensed start at $19.00 and must get licensed within four months of hire.
Pay is increased to $21 immediately after your license is obtained.
