A busy and growing automotive body repair shop is looking for a full-time body shop administrator who is able to work well on their own and excel in problem-solving and organization skills. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch. Interviews are available Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Hiring immediately!

Daily Tasks:

• Entering Invoices in CCC or Quick Books
• Greeting customers for the body shop department
• Contacting customers to schedule body shop repairs or estimates
• In charge of Body Shop accounts receivable
• Able to show up Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintaining correspondence with body shop customers throughout the repair process
• Assist other departments as needed with various office tasks

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings
• Ability to pass a background check

Experience in an automotive repair facility and/or using CCC or Quickbooks is a plus!
