Responsibilities:

• Stocks all pick slots in assigned area to ensure that there are no empty pick slots at the end of the day, while monitoring all dated and perishable product.
• Rotates products using the first-in-first-out (FIFO) method of dropping overstocks down to pick slots
• Locates and delivers product to slots that are empty as requested by warehouse associates to enhance the efficiency of the order selection process.
• Assist’s pullers, reads customer order, work order, or shipping order to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed
• Keep warehouse racks and pallets clean and organized. Attempting to make no mistakes and correct any found or made.
• Responsible for cleaning designated area at the end of the shift as dictated by management.
• Adheres to all safety rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times without exception.
• Records all product, equipment, and warehouse damage.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Attend all required company meetings and trainings.
• Communicate with your team lead and supervisors about your job duties and racks.
• Reach out to the Senior Reach operator on the workload and ideas for the warehouse racks and product.
• Become team and detail oriented with all warehouse staff.

The forklift operator position at Lollicup is a warehouse position that is responsible for dropping and replenishing products in the appropriate pick slot locations, as well as keeping the floors fully stocked with products using our WMS System (Karat Portal) This position utilizes stand-up Crown reach trucks.

Schedule: 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Some weekends, able to work overtime training shifts and attend meetings as needed.

COMPENSATION:

Up to $17/hour DOE Health/Dental/Vision benefits are available after passing a three-month probation period. 401(k) available after the first year.
