We have been recognized for our thermoforming plastic capabilities in North America to produce cups and food packaging products that allow us to offer competitive pricing throughout our distribution network (currently 6 regional warehouses are located in CA, HI, NJ, SC, TX, and WA), and services to chain accounts such as Panda Express, Flame Broiler, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and more.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cross-training between plastic, paper, and printing department
• Negotiating for parts/material purchase(s)
• Establish and maintain spare parts inventory system
• Expedites, analyzes, and orders replenishment parts.
• Monitor and record the repair status of sent-out parts
• Record keeping and filing of maintenance reports daily
• Assist in writing/improving maintenance SOP(s)
• Assist with maintenance planning/scheduling

Qualifications

• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Accuracy is extremely important
• Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to details and highly organized
• Demonstrates positive attitude and strong people skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• General office environment requiring ability to sit and be in front of a computer screen for an extended period of time

Requirements

• BS degree preferred (Industrial Engineering background is a plus)
• Bilingual a plus

Benefits:
PTO, 24hrs Paid Sick Leave, Health/Dental/Vision available after successfully completing the 90 days/3-month probationary period. 401(k) available after one year of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
