Residential Real Estate Experience is required!

Compensation:

Up to $25/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage appointments and showings for agents and clients
  • Prepare and distribute documents, including contracts, addendums, and disclosures
  • Facilitate lead follow up and communication through our CRM
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
  • Spearhead transaction coordination and ensure all required documentation and information is complete and accurate
  • Update and maintain listing and transaction data in the MLS and other databases
  • Manage office systems and equipment, including filing systems, copiers, and printers
  • Provide general administrative support to the real estate team as needed
Qualifications:
  • A valid CA Real Estate License
  • Previous experience in administrative support in a real estate sales setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRMLS, zipForms, and other commonly used software applications
  • Familiarity with CRM databases and other real estate-specific software
