Salary: $85,000
What You’ll Be Doing
As a PMO Project Manager you will be working within the Project Management Office providing our customers with best practices in planning and managing projects with emphasis in delivering on customer expectations of quality, budget and schedule.
- Lead and Coordinate: Orchestrate internal resources and third-party vendors to drive project success.
- Communicate Clearly: Craft and present project agendas, status reports, and essential documentation to clients and CBORD project teams.
- Monitor Performance: Track and analyze project metrics, expenditures, and procurement, identifying and addressing blockers, risks, and deficits proactively.
- Forecast and Report: Maintain a robust project pipeline and provide accurate monthly forecasting.
- Improve Continuously: Assess project performance and schedules, offering actionable improvements to enhance outcomes.
- Escalate When Necessary: Report and escalate critical issues, scope changes and schedule changes to management promptly.
- Seamlessly Transition: Ensure smooth project closure and transition of deliverables to operations.
- Drive Excellence: Contribute to the PMO’s continuous improvement through active participation in team meetings and process feedback.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Passion and Expertise: A deep enthusiasm for project management with a proven track record of successfully managing software projects for at least three years.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with large and diverse virtual teams.
- Composure Under Pressure: Maintain focus and efficiency even in high-pressure situations.
- Scheduling Proficiency: Experience in meticulous task scheduling.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
- Organizational Excellence: Superior organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Tool Mastery: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Professional Services Tools, along with advanced use of the MS Office suite.
- Certification: A Project Management Certification is a plus, showcasing your dedication to the field.

This is a fast-paced and exciting position that will be delivered predominately remotely but some travel may be required
