Premier condominium in Downtown/Belltown is seeking a full-time janitorial technician for a day shift (8 am to 4:30) position Sunday through Thursday.

Areas of service include common areas such as the lobby, office space, hallways, exercise room, pool, and sauna area. This position’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Develop a cleaning regimen that encompasses the entire areas listed above with the assistance from the Facilities Manager.

- Be well acquainted with techniques and procedures for cleaning all types of floor surfaces, furniture, glass and other surfaces.

- Daily clean Facility Manager’s office including emptying all trash receptacles.

- Daily clean Front Desk area including lobby restroom and staff break room.

- Daily clean bathroom and shower facilities on the 7th floor.

- Daily make sure Community Room is clean and organized.

- Check Business Center Daily and make sure all trash receptacles are emptied and chairs are straightened.

- Work with Janitor to maintain cleaning and paper products.

- Track weekly and monthly cleaning schedules for completeness.

Position requires ability to operate simple cleaning equipment and hand tools, lift 20-50 lbs, and pass a drug test and background check.
