Kappa Alpha Theta, Gamma Rho Chapter- University of California Santa Barbara is Hiring a Facility Director Near Santa Barbara, CA
The Facility Director resides in an apartment within the sorority Chapter house and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility. This includes providing a supportive, safe and positive environment for 43 in-housers and a total of 180 members. Supervises a small staff of kitchen and housekeeping personnel; oversees food service for all daily meals and special events; ensures the facility is safe for daily living; addresses needed repairs promptly and coordinates preventative maintenance work. Requires excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in MS Office, ability to communicate electronically through e-mail, scan and text. Requires strong interpersonal skills; interact professionally with college women, parents, alumnae and university representatives. Previous facility director experience helpful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
Ability to Relocate:
