The Infrastructure PM is responsible for the overall project leadership including scope/schedule/budget and business readiness plan. The Infrastructure PM will execute the project plan with assigned project resources to successfully complete business deliverables. The Infrastructure PM will ensure requirements are documented and ensure business is ready for the changes.
The Infrastructure PM takes work direction from and reports to the Director IT PMO, and works closely with vendors as needed, development PM, construction leads, IT support teams, developers, solution architects and business users.
Currently required to be onsite at least 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesday) and more if project demands and/or guidelines change for onsite/remote workers - local resources preferred.

Infrastructure Project Management experience (3-5 years)
Strong communication skills

PPM / MS Project or other project planning software
MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
General Responsibilities:
Held accountable for the Implementation and Quality of Key IT Business Deliverables
Engage the appropriate IT SME s and construction contractors to work on the project as necessary
Develop and execute the IT project schedule, including milestones, tasks, duration, dependencies, and resource assignments
Ensure IT Requirements are defined from Project Stakeholders
Provide estimates for IT project components
Identify, track, and lead the resolution of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID)
Ensure project adherence to Client IT policies, standards and processes
Track, communicate and provide impact analysis of changes to IT Scope, Schedule & Budget
Develop and execute IT Communication Plan for projects
Produce monthly IT Project Status Reports for Client Leadership
Encourage teamwork and collaboration; motivate and direct the team s effort
Ensure project team members and business partners understand their roles and responsibilities within the project
Ensure business is ready for the change
