Our growing orthodontic practice is looking for a positive, motivated, and reliable orthodontic receptionist to join our team. We are offering up to 35-39 hours per week for the position, Monday to Friday.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Patient communication via phone, e-mail, and in person
• Patient scheduling
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Confirming patient appointments
• Insurance verification and claim submissions
• Collecting Payments
• Scanning and uploading documents
• Printing reports from Dolphin Management computer software program
• Reviewing and entering financial contracts
• Other administrative duties
