**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership qualities to drive our team to success. **Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service - Develop and implement strategies to maximize bar profitability and efficiency - Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers - Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service **Experience:** - Previous experience in a managerial role within the bar or restaurant industry - Knowledge of brewing processes and cocktail preparation - Strong math skills for inventory management and financial reporting - Experience in catering or event planning is a plus - Proven sales skills to drive revenue growth - Familiarity with Aloha POS system for efficient order processing - Proficiency in cash handling and working with cash registers - Experience in banquet operations is beneficial - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction Join our team as a Bar Manager and lead our bar staff to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
