KANSAS SPEEDWAY Kansas Speedway, which opened in 2001, is located in the heart of the Midwest in Kansas City, Kansas. The track hosts two NASCAR Cup Series races, the NASCAR Xfinity Series, the NASCAR Gander RV and Outdoors Truck Series and the ARCA Menards Series. NASCAR is looking for event workers in the position of Guest Services Representatives who are enthusiastic and friendly individuals who can greet guests upon entry to Kansas Speedway. A Guest Services Representative is responsible for handling front-facing duties including interacting with Kansas Speedway guests as they enter and exit the grandstands. Guest Services Representatives will have the opportunity to assist in making the “Best Guest Experience in Motorsports”. Guest Services responsibilities include transporting ADA guests to and from the parking lots via golf carts, Tram operations to and from the campgrounds and working as representatives in our info booths. Throughout all of these interactions, Guest Services Representatives must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible. Each interaction can ultimately make a difference in our guest’s experience.
