Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center is Hiring a Registered Nurse Near Fort Scott, KS

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

  • Valid Kansas RN License or LPN
  • Two years nursing experience in an outpatient clinic (preferred)
  • Effective communication and computer literacy is essential

Who we are:

This Southeast Kansas Community Health Center is an integrated health care center, offering a range of medical services including dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, walk-in care, addiction treatment and other areas. Additional services beyond healthcare include transportation, care coordination, help with insurance enrollment, and more.

We opened our doors in 1997 on the second floor of a 90-year-old elementary school building as a community outreach of Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center, the hospital Mother Mary Bernard Sheridan, a Sister of St. Joseph, founded in 1903. Her mission was to bring healthcare to the poorest in our region and she did so by building a hospital on donated land and providing care for all.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
