Andover Surgery Center is looking for an experienced Administrator, responsible for the overall successful management and operations of the ambulatory surgical center. From financial objectives to patient satisfaction, regulations compliance to employee hiring and performance evaluation, the ASC Administrator needs a solid background in healthcare management, regulatory requirements, and employee management. This position is responsible for 30-40 employees along with maintaining relationships with partnering surgeons and anesthesiologists. Reports to the CEO and Board of Directors, and supported by Kansas Medical Center (KMC) Executive and Management teams.

Preferred graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Baccalaureate or Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.

RN BSN or higher.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare management/leadership position.
