Are you seeking a painter/maintenance position with competitive pay and benefits that includes a retirement pension and 13 paid holidays!

The purpose of this position is to perform painting services. This is accomplished by preparing walls for painting, applying paint preparatory materials, and protecting surfaces and floor from paint. Other duties include ensuring electrical safety, checking plumbing conditions and providing carpentry services.
