Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Claims Processor to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.
Position SummaryThe Claims Processor provides excellent customer service and has a clear phone presence. They are responsible for verifying that there are no discrepancies within documents. The Claims Processor should be comfortable in an office environment and familiar with Microsoft Office applications and excel at both verbal and written communication.
Essential Job Functions
  • Perform general data entry tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications.
  • Analyze and process all claims and verify accuracy.
  • Record information as needed.
  • Prepare and circulate reports as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements
  • Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
  • High school/GED diploma required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Legal experience preferred.
  • Experience with data-entry functions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
