Job Summary

To provide support services and supervision to staff and consumers living in a community integrated living arrangement (CILA)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise Assistant Residential Coordinator, Residential QIDPs, Home Managers, Nursing Consultants, and Direct Care staff members.
• Supervise and ensure safety standards are being met at all CILA sites.
• Ensure all residential sites are in compliance with city, and DHS guidelines.
• Prepare and initiate DHS surveys and implement any necessary plans of correction.
• Oversee correspondence to and from residential sites.
• Oversee admission and discharge of residents to and from the residential program.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Counseling, Special Education, or a related field in Human Services; two or more years case management experience for individuals with developmental disabilities. One or more years of management experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
