Golf season is about to begin and we are looking for a few more bartenders/servers to join our team at Kane Social Club. Our bartenders and servers are the face of our bar and restaurant called 1836 bar restaurant and as thus we are looking for those with great attitudes, a team mentality and those that enjoying serving in the fast paced bar and restaurant scene.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Willingness to help out with other tasks, such as banquet setup or cleaning duties, as needed
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of retail math concepts for inventory management and pricing strategies

Pay

Bartenders/Servers are paid $10/hour plus tips. During training we ensure that out new bartenders and servers are making a minimal of $15/hour.
