Thorough knowledge in one or more of the following departments is required: guns/ammo, plumbing, electrical, paint or lawn and garden.

MUST be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Job expectations and qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Greet customers and assist them as required to maintain the highest level of customer service

Deal with a variety of customers and co-workers with varying needs and personalities

Display a positive attitude

Uphold store cleanliness and merchandising standards

Properly and accurately stock merchandise

Aid customers in finding and sourcing products

Strong customer service and communication skills required

Answer customers' and co-workers questions

Ability to clearly communicate over the radio

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

Ability to work in a team environment

Basic computer skills needed

Must be detail oriented and willing to learn about new products and assortments.

Must have retail experience

Knowledge with Stihl outdoor power equipment is preferred.
