Kane Partners is Hiring a Director of Engineering Near Princeton, NJ

LOCATION: SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

Well established manufacturing company in the Clean Technology space with recent influx of investment capital is ready to move to the next level. Executive leadership is looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to join the executive management team.

JOB SUMMARY:

· You will oversee product engineering operations and ensure all projects, initiatives, and processes.

· You will review project reports and ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.

· You will develop new products from conception to testing to production.

· You will plan and direct all aspects of engineering activities and projects within the organization.

· You will recruit, train and mentor engineers when necessary.

· You will collaborate with marketing to determine the potential for new products.

· You will oversee the progress and timeliness of R&D projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

10 years of experience in a leadership role

15 years of engineering work experience

Minimum of Bachelor of Science in engineering degree

Advanced engineering degree is preferred.

Manufacturing experience is a plus.

New product development is a plus.

Excellent managerial and supervisory skills is a plus.

The candidate should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
