Contract Manager

We are seeking the newest member of our Contract Management Team. The successful candidate will bring exemplary experience in contract management and complex customer relations. The successful candidate is adept at negotiations, account strategy, contract management, commercial relationships and being the liaison, listener, and complex problem solver. You must be extremely organized and have a solid track record managing high profile strategic accounts. You must have experience managing a major account which has e-commerce and automation systems. Customer service, managing cross functional team members, operational excellence, high standards and taking the initiative should be in your DNA.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONISBILITIES:

* Main Point of Contact for the customer, together with the Operations Leadership and SVP of Contracts.

* Manage the Customer Relationship and facilitate the commercial relationship.

* Exposure and full understanding of multinational distribution centers and operations.

* Collaborate with the customer and operations site, Managers, Directors, Project Managers and Vice Presidents.

* Collaborate and bridge communications with other departments and resources within ID Logistics and the customer organization.

* Lead the commercial relationship and account growth.

* Strategize to grow the account and facilitate the RFP processes.

* Manage and support the operations, FP&A Analysis, P&L, service offerings and margins.

* Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Implementation teams, Operations and Legal on all negotiations.

* Experience and familiarity with Automation Solutions, Continuous Improvement and Contracts with stellar negotiations skills.

Contract Activities

* Compile and manage customer contract files.

* Monitor and support the pricing process.

* Optimize warehouse operating costs.

* Conduct Logistics studies and analyses.

* Monitor continuous improvements and work with CI team.

* Carry out performance reviews in relation to contractual commitments.

* Monitor account statements.

* Monitor and watch KPIs with operations leaders.

* Negotiate with suppliers and customers to find solutions, renew, and advance contracts, identify issues, problem solve and offer & implement solutions.

* Participates in defining corrective and improvement action plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* MBA in supply chain or closely related field.

* Minimum 10 years of end-to-end Key or Enterprise Account and Contract Management experience with focus on 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, distribution, and packaging.

* Strong operation, system, project management background and participation.

* Strong e-commerce, Retail, Fashion, CPG, or Cosmetic experience.

* Proven Leadership, Contract, Customer Service, Operations with internal external managerial skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Excellent organizational and time management

* Professional proposal, contract negotiation and contract preparation

* Global Supply Chain (contract Logistics) and Transportation (FTL, LTL, Parcel, ocean, and air) experience is a plus.

* Collaborative nature with cross-functional teams and ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

* Willingness to travel 50% at minimum.
