Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient production of our products. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, monitoring production processes, and implementing measures to optimize productivity, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities including workflow management.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to production workers to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
