Kan Du Group is new to Bowling Green and brings over 50 years of experience helping adults with developmental disabilities learn and grow. We currently have a FT entry level position at our Woodland Mall Location in BG.

In a Kan Du position at this site, you get to come to work to play. We focus on being in our community so you would be out and about, doing cool things with our clients. You also will have the opportunity to provide much needed transportation using company owned vans. That means at Kan Du, you get to make a difference in the lives of others!

You KAN DU this! If you are over 18 with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, motivated to work, and have the natural smarts to build relationships, you will learn everything you need to know through training.

Responsibilities:

- Work with adults with developmental disabilities

- Work at our Bowling Green location and other sites as needed

- Provide ongoing mentoring and support to clients receiving services from Kan Du Group

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and improve abilities -Provide safe, reliable transportation

-Pass medications after completing medication administration training - Be able to stand for up to 70% of your day

- This is an entry level position, a great position to develop your workforce experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to help people learn by doing

- Ability to do personal care
