We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced bartender who is able to work in a fast paced environment. Candidate must be knowledgeable in making craft cocktails adhering to recipes and providing an excellent guest experience. Compensation includes hourly pay and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with guests seated at the bar, take food and drink orders and provide full service to guests
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Assist Manager with bar inventory, ordering and all other duties as assigned
- Restocking wine and liquor room
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a liquor license from ABLE.
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer and cocktails
- Ability to measure and follow recipes for consistency while providing excellent customer service
- Experience using Point of Sale system
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a team to develop seasonal cocktails
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Accept deliveries and restock beer, wine and liquor as needed
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
