Job description
We are a family-owned business in Ouray, CO. We are currently open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch 7am-2pm, but have recently opened for a more up-scale dinner 5 days a week from 4:30-8:30...expanding to 7 days a week this summer. We can be flexible with schedules considering all of our concepts shifts. These positions are full-time (5 days a week) and include tips.
General Responsibilities:
-Follow food safety protocols
-Provide excellent customer service
-Ability to up-sell and have basic wine/liquor/beer knowledge
-Cash handling and credit card processing
-Ensure cleanliness and organization of all FOH areas
Requirements:
You MUST BE over 21 for this position due to our liquor license.
Bartending and/or Barista knowledge a plus!
