SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

The Jr. Program Manager is responsible for managing customer’s accounts from receiving RFQs through the manufacturing process. Perform customer related duties; enter information into computer, field customer requests, maintain good customer relations.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receive customer orders and enter into system database

· Correspond to customers’ inquiries and provide updates on order status and RFQs

· Collaborate with Production Team and Planner to provide customer with updates

· Maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations and delays in project completion

· Attend daily/weekly meetings with both internal and external teams

· Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues

· Ensures all customer-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract

· Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order.

· Serving as the liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met

· Responsible for customer satisfaction, order management and delivery

· Perform related duties as required

EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Associates degree in Business or related field and/or Certificate in Project Management required, BA/BS degree

preferred.

* 1-2 years' experience Customer Relations.

* Good working knowledge of computers, esp. Excel, Word.

* Quick Learner, Good at multi – tasking, Works well under pressure and with quick deadlines.

* Good English Language Verbal and Written skills.

* Work well in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $67,678.45 - $81,505.23 per year
