Mobile Home Installer
Job Description:
Kaliber Management is seeking a Mobile Home Installer to join our team. As a Mobile Home Installer,
you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of mobile homes across multiple parks. You
will work closely with park managers, homeowners, and other team members to ensure that
installations are completed safely and efficiently. Our ideal candidate will be reliable, and self-motivated,
with excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Duties and responsibilities:
● Transport mobile homes to designated locations within multiple parks.
● Ensure proper placement and leveling of mobile homes on site, following manufacturer
specifications and local building codes.
● Install and connect plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in accordance with industry
standards and regulations.
● Perform necessary modifications and repairs to existing infrastructure to accommodate mobile
home installations.
● Collaborate with park managers and homeowners to address specific requirements and
preferences.
● Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as needed to complete installations on
schedule.
● Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to ensure compliance with quality and
safety standards.
● Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or deficiencies in the installation process.
● Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in construction-related
fields is preferred.
● Proven experience in mobile home installation or related construction trades.
● Strong knowledge of mobile home construction techniques, materials, and systems.
● Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
● Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
● Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
● Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
