Responsibilities:

- Conduct residential roofing estimates.

- Utilize sales skills to communicate effectively with clients.

- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

- Collaborate with the office to schedule appointments.

- Demonstrate knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.

- Work safely at heights and use ladders proficiently.

- Maintain accurate measurements using a tape measure.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

- Participate in Weekly Estimator Training Meetings

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license in good standing.

- Preferred knowledge of roofing.

- Proficiency in calculating and measuring distances.

- Experience working safely at heights.

- Sales experience of 5 years or more.

- Comfortable meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.

- Experience with ladders (preferred).

- Construction experience (preferred).

Qualifications/Skills:

- Strong customer service skills.

- Effective closing skills.

- Proficient prospecting abilities.

- Negotiation skills.

- Self-confidence in sales situations.

- Product knowledge of roofing materials.

- Presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients.
