We are seeking a PROJECT MANAGER who is searching for a career opportunity with the ability to coordinate and oversee experienced staff and projects focusing in all different project types, sizes etc. Our architectural firm is seeking a talented individual with over 5 years of experience to join our team as a Project Manager.

Our projects range from the Florida Keys up to Orlando, but our focus remains on iconic locations like Hollywood, Dania Beach, North Miami Beach, Hallandale, West Park, Miami Beach, and Fort Lauderdale.

**Expectations for You:**

- Proficiency in creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD or Revit (MUST)

- In-depth knowledge of the Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations

- Familiarity with Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, or 3DS Max is a plus

- Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and professionals

- Ability to adapt plans, resolve issues, and ensure project success

- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed

- Coordination and communication with engineers, consultants and clients

- Project management to set proper deadlines which can be met on a timely basis for deliverables

**Required Qualifications:**

- Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related field

- 5 years of experience in residential and commercial project development

- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software

- Thorough understanding of architectural building systems and materials

- Effective oral and written communication skills
