Kalkomey Enterprises is Hiring a Remote Data Analyst (Remote)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for data projects.
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau, Sisense, or Qlik.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to help with the transformation of data as it moves from one system into the enterprise datamart.
- Provide technical insights and support to resolve data-related issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, and data visualization.
- 3 years in a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence role
- Competency with SQL querying and working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle)
- Desire to grow and learn how to model datasets for analytical tools (Sisense, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes and understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Previous experience with dbt or SQL Mesh is a plus
