Job Summary This position is generally responsible for contacting, connecting and servicing customers enthusiastically, building relationships and rapport that will leads to sales opportunities. Responsibilities
Understand the seven values printed on the Kalispell Motor Company Philosophy Card.
Sell used and new vehicles by focusing on the process of understanding and meeting customer needs.
Effectively relate to customers of all backgrounds and focus on customer enthusiasm.
Learn sales procedures, processes and follow-up.
Learn, understand and convey Kalispell Motor Company's Best Price System to customers.
Obtain basic knowledge of automotive systems and thorough knowledge of prices, models, series, options, specifications and other variations of the manufacturer's products.
Master the ability to network, follow up on prospects and ask for referrals.
Keep abreast of basic knowledge about competitor's products and prices.
Demonstrate sensitivity toward customers and have a strong interest in exceeding customers' expectations.
Become capable of addressing customer hesitation and resistance
Strive for continuous improvement professionally and personally.
Attend mandatory meetings, including, but not limited to, sales, teams or training.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required
Must have a current driver's license and maintain a good driving record
Strong organizational skills and patience
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Work easily with numbers
Enjoy working with customers
Ability to work well in a team setting
Willing to work longer hours
Flexibility in dealing with situations
