Concrete Finisher/Carpenter
Kaliber Construction, LLC is a concrete contractor with experience in the Treasure Valley for over 20 years.
We complete projects requiring concrete flatwork, curb and gutter, and pedestrian ramps in residential, commercial, and government.
Projects are primarily located within the Greater Treasure Valley with limited opportunities to travel.
Every hire is set on a 90-day probation period with performance-based wage increases afterwards.
Concrete Finisher Job Description:
- On-time, humble, and driven team player
- Professional conduct with tools and equipment
- Safety-focused mindset with commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Construct concrete forms using required hand and power tools
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete using a rake, screed board, and trowel float.
- Apply quality finish to concrete using finishing trowel and/or power trowel
- Set stamp patterns, apply sealer, and assist with concrete cutting
- Pay: $23 /hour, based on performance and abilities
- Overtime: approximately 10-15 hours (during peak season)

- Concrete Finishing: 1 years of verifiable experience (required)
