Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. provides community and home-based services to persons with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Our team partners with family members and existing providers to create individualized goals allowing the team to help improve their life experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Provide 1 : 1 In-Home and Community Based Support to individuals.
• Assist individuals with achieving a variety of goals in the home and the local community.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments, personal shopping, and recreation activities.

Requirements :

• Minimal of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
• Must have a valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance Vehicle Registration Background check.
• Must be willing to drive Individuals in the personal car throughout the community.
• $250 Bonus after 30 days worked.
• Starting pay rate $18-20.
• Weekends off.
