Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Passionately recruit: source and screen contractors through passive and active candidate resources including job board postings, social media, networking and internet research
Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates
Assist with verifying, evaluating, and investigating contractor credentials prior to placement
Attend and participate in job fairs and networking recruiting events and sessions when available

CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY:
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will develop and maintain client relationships, and actively recruit professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Minimum of an Associate's Degree or relevant years of experience in recruiting, telemarketing, call center and customer service or staffing experience.
Previous experience in the Healthcare, Education, Human Services or related industries (preferred)
Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills
Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes
Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems
Demonstrate outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
