As a QA Reviewer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. Under the direction of the QA Department Manager, the incumbent is responsible for reviewing, updating, tracking and providing timely processing of all assigned documentation generated or executed within the clinical setting, as they relate to clinical notes.

Position Description:

As a QA Reviewer at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional care to individuals with autism. Here's what you'll be responsible for, in part:

Review field Clinical notes (Behavior Technician, Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for completion, appropriateness and accuracy. Ensure all notes are made and corrected in a timely fashion.
Review all supporting documentation such as reports, websites and examples as directed by supervisor.
Address staff comments and support comment resolution when needed.
Adhere to Company Style Guide, templates, and SOPs for documentation.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure production of high-quality executed and written documents.
Under the guidance of the supervisor, establish priorities and deadlines for technical review & documentation.

Location and Hours:

Location of the job is 950 Haverford Road, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010
40-Hour work-week, Monday - Friday

Required Experience and Education:

Minimum of a HS Diploma/GED
Associate's Degree strongly preferred
Familiarity with Medical Billing, Health Information, ICD-9/10 is beneficial.
Superior writing and grammatical skills. Ability to proofread a plus!
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
This position requires sitting at a computer for long periods of time.
