Budtendersareresponsibleforensuringthehighestqualitycustomerservice,obtaining, preparing, and receiving merchandise for customers, totaling bills, accepting payment, making change for customers, opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining product knowledge and complying with cannabis rules and regulations. Budtenders are responsible for complying with all state regulations and company policies. Additionally, Budtenders should be friendly, outgoing, and possess good communication skills. They should be organized, able to think, and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure. Be sensitive to customers’ needs. Take pride in personal appearance and show dedication to the job. Display integrity and honesty in all aspects of employment.
