Experienced Contractor wanted for flips and rental remodels

Compensation: $25-40/hour

Employment type: full-time

• Must have a track record (at least 5 years or more) of remodeling all components of the interior of a home.
• Must have references and pictures of work.
• The person should be seeking a profitable business relationship with an established real estate company who can offer them a significant amount of work.
• Must be available 8 hrs each weekday
• We are looking for a full time skilled, experienced person to remodel distressed properties we purchase.
• Must have a ‘can do’, positive attitude to life.
• Someone who is honest, hardworking and diligent, with a friendly disposition.
• That has good time management, organizational and communication skills.
• A team player who will work closely with our project manager and owner.
• Must have own truck, clean driving license and tools and be able to pull a trailer.
