We are inviting you to apply for the Retail Supervisor position. In this role, your primary responsibility is to supervise all aspects of the retail department within the resort. Additionally, you will assist the retail manager to be in charge of training and guiding all retail team members, help to ensure a wide variety of items are available for the guests to purchase and that store shelves are fully stocked, provide suggestions to guests, up-sell items when appropriate, give breaks to associates during their shift, and ensure that all retail outlets are kept clean, orderly, well lit, with creative displays to attract customers.

We require that you have background, consisting of at least two years of hospitality experience and/or a degree in a hospitality related major. Additionally, two years’ experience supervising or working in a hotel, resort, sales, or retail environment is helpful.
