Kalahari Resorts Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. We are inviting you to apply for the Restaurant Supervisor position. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the general manager in daily front-of-house restaurant operations. This can include labor management, running the floor, training, and ordering inventory, and inventory management. This position is posted for multiple positions within the following concepts: Sortino's Italian Kitchen, Double Cut Steakhouse, B-Lux Bar Grill.
We do require that you have the background consisting of 1-2 years of supervising/management experience within a restaurant/resort setting. We do require that you are at least 18 years of age or older due to state laws regulations. RAMP (Responsible alcohol management program) training and certification is required.
