In this transformative program, participants will embark on a journey aimed at developing the next generation of hospitality leaders. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and job rotations, you will gain invaluable experience and insights to thrive in leadership roles within our organization.Our rooms division is made up of the front desk, concierge, bell staff, housekeeping, common area, laundry (and valet at some properties).

To be eligible for the Leadership Development Program, candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Successful completion of an Advanced Hospitality Program.
• Current or former Kalahari associate in good standing.
• Graduating in 2024 or have graduated in the previous year.
• Significant experience in the hospitality sector.
• Professionals from other fields aiming to transition into hospitality.

Additionally, candidates should possess:

• At least three years of customer-facing experience.
• Some leadership experience.
• A passion for service and dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges.

Salary: $20-$22 per hour.
