We are inviting you to apply for the Audio-Visual Supervisor position. In this role, you will oversee setup and operation of equipment to support all resort functions and live entertainment. Manage labor to support multiple meetings and events. Ensure accurate tracking of equipment, protecting and caring of assets, assist the Banquets team to operate in a “for-profit” environment as well as ensure guest service is beyond expectations so that the Resort will meet and/or exceed budgeted expectations.

We require that you have background, consisting of Audio System set up for meetings/live entertainment and operation. Video presentations including live streaming and operation. Lighting system installation. Ability to schedule and supervise labor within operating budgets. Must be able to read, write and fluently speak English. Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills required.

Additional required skills include: 

• Guest Relations: To have the ability to work with clients, management and associates is critical. General knowledge of the practices and procedures of a convention center, hotel conference services and/or banquet department. Need to be a team player, willing to help anyone in the immediate area on a minute’s notice. Must be detail oriented, self-motivator, and able to work independently.
