About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced EPM Hyperion Developer to join our growing team in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to understand their financial planning and budgeting needs, and then design and implement customized EPM Planning solutions. You will also be responsible for optimizing these solutions for performance and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design EPM Planning solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Configure and customize Planning modules, including dimensions, hierarchies, data forms, workflows, and calculations.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of EPM Planning solutions, coordinating with client stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial planning and budgeting processes, and recommend best practices to improve planning cycles, forecast accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
Conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to document detailed business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and functional designs.
Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure client proficiency in using the EPM Planning solution. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user queries and issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate EPM Planning solutions with various data sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop data validation and reconciliation procedures to maintain reliable planning data.
Identify and implement performance tuning techniques to enhance the speed and efficiency of EPM Planning applications.
Leverage your deep understanding of EPM Planning capabilities to guide clients in driving business growth and performance improvement.

Qualifications:
10 years of experience in EPM Hyperion Planning and Essbase
Proven experience in designing and implementing on-premise EPM Planning applications, including Essbase models, web forms, business rules, application security, workflows, and data integration
Expertise in EPM Automation scripting, Hyperion Business Rules, and Essbase Calculation scripts using Calculation Manager
Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques in Planning Business Rules and Oracle Essbase performance tuning for ASO and BSO applications
Experience working within the Banking/Financial Services/Credit Card industry a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
