We are looking for a full-time litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice law, PI and/or insurance defense law

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Prosecuting and defending civil lawsuits
  • Preparing and arguing motions
  • Taking depositions and conducting discovery
  • Negotiating settlements
  • Representing clients in court

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to excellence
